These Terms of Use govern your use of steezza.com (the “site”). The site is operated by Mohamed Ali Ouichni(“Steezza”, “we”, “us”), an individual (a natural person) based in Malta, trading under the name Steezza. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The site exists to tell you about Steezza — who we are, our menu, our drinks and where to find us. It is not an online shop. You cannot place orders, make bookings, create an account or pay through this site, and nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of forming a contract of sale. Any order you place happens in person, at our pizza bar, on the terms that apply there at the time.

We work to keep the site accurate, but menus, ingredients, prices, opening hours and availability can change at any time without notice. Prices and items shown here are for general information and may differ from what’s available in the shop on a given day. The prices and details that apply to any purchase are those displayed and confirmed in person at the time of ordering, not those shown on the site.

Product names and descriptions on the site are for information only and may not list every ingredient. If you have a food allergy, intolerance or other dietary requirement, please speak to our staff in person before you order so we can give you current ingredient and allergen information.

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, fish and others, so we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from a given allergen or from cross-contamination. Do not rely on the site alone for allergen decisions.

“Steezza” and the Steezza logo are trademarks of Mohamed Ali Ouichni(including EU trade mark registration no. 019295797). All content on the site — including the name, logo, wordmark, photographs, illustrations, stamps, graphics, text and design — is owned by us or used with permission and is protected by trademark and copyright law.

You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or use our name, logo, images or content for any commercial purpose, or in a way that suggests endorsement or association, without our prior written permission.

Please use the site lawfully and don’t misuse it — for example, don’t attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload it, or use it in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site or interfere with anyone else’s use of it.

The site links to third-party services we don’t control — for example Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google Maps. We provide these links for convenience only; we’re not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take reasonable care, we make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Maltese law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the site, are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta will have jurisdiction.
